The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Besides, it was near historic center of Prizern and Kosovo.

All of the staff was FRIENDLY and amicable.

It was clean inside. The staff were amicable and really helpful, gave us great tips. Central location was a plus. There was a lot of restaurants, restaurants and bars to choose from. No reason to complain, the hotel met what was needed.

I had a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all of the main attractions in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and always went out of their way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. I also appreciated the free parking and fast internet connection.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that our first room had a slight cigarette odor, but the staff quickly switched us to a new room that was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.
